If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily replace or exchange items, upon receipt of the returned original product, within 7 days. • Refunds due to our error will be issued a call tag at our expense. 
• Refunds are for the product price minus shipping charges incurred.
• Refunds will be applied after we receive the gift in the original condition.
• Personalized items cannot be refunded.
